Epic games crashes on launch : r techsupport - Reddit For me I had to reinstall Epic Games Launcher, I used Revo Uninstaller though to make sure all traces of the launcher were removed, also just like Merszyszy said backup move your games directory to a different place before uninstalling the launcher
