The Aircom AC-Adapters are 12 volts, and the one for the T9-17-inch unit handles about twice the amps as the one for the smaller S7 My smaller S7 is working fine in it's place (no ferrite chokes or anything) Now, nothing affects FM-radio-reception (including antenna placement, tangled cords, etc) It is just a bad AC-Infinity Aircom-T9 unit

The AC infinity units look nice and is probably the best solution if you need to stack components because you can put a rear exit AC infinity unit between them With just one unit and nothing on top a USB powered laptop cooler works well and is really cheap I have posted about it in some other threads -Rich
