Considering other characters ultimates can be silenced by slowing hex this would make sense It might be too strong of a counter sure, but then change the wording or how the skill works because so many of these inconsistencies keep showing up

Currently there are multiple abilities items that give move speed that do not get silenced by Slowing Hex Hazes Smoke Bomb (which is extremely similar to Ava), Fleet Foot and Wardens Will Power all give move speed, and are definitely movement abilities items, but they don't get silenced

I'd start by looking at the "braindead bs" characters you play, and then consider that investing ressources in "braindead bs" to counter said characters isn't that bad after all

Item mostly created to counter high stamina characters who don't rely on movement abilities to run away, example: Vyper (character who created this item idea), Ivy (4 stamina, slowing hex doesn't prevent Stone Form anyway) and Stamina Mastery users (Lash, Holliday, etc)
