Hello, I am unable to login to my account as it’s asking for a code after entering my credentials but I never set one up I cannot access my Shopify account at all I cannot be assisted by support since I’m not logged in

Since yesterday I have not been able to login to my Shopify admin I have tried on multiple browsers (Chrome Safari) on multiple computers using various methods to get to the login page but nothing loads and I get the same results no matter what I’ve used a direct link to my admin portal and the page stays white and the tab says “CS System” and nothing happens I tried searching for

Hi I have it reset my password I have recently reset my password because i was havung to log into my admin grom one of my devices but by doing this - i now can’t get passed the login screen because #1 I have 2FA as a login option for my account but don’t have it setup properly due to app overwhelm #2 "can’t use recovery code because I recently reset the codes as I ha used them all
