As a very general rule, a D- and above is passing, but you generally need at least a C in order to use a class as a prereq There are absolutely exceptions to this, though What I’ve learned in my time at UNLV (roughly about 29 years off and on) a C is a C C+, C- is a C Unless they say C- not accepted, it counts

The hardest courses are either the ones with the worst professors or the ones where the professors teach to only the top 1% Anything used as a weed out course to keep the class sizes consistent could be brutal too
