richard's of toto indiana has been the destination of bargain shoppers who simply expect more. started in 1984 by edward and carol ebner, the store was named after a close friend of theirs and they set about selling closeout and overrun merchandise items to an eager public. since then richard's has grown from a simple cinder block building, to a 40,000 square foot operation that includes a wide product line obtained from all over the country and the world.
