The easy way to bring this option back, so that you can join in browser again it to reset your browser to default In Chrome settings, under advanced, you'll see reset and cleanup, where you can do this The downside is it resets everything of course In Firefox, I am able to bring this back by simply deleting the cookies and site data for webex com
