Here's the rub FedEx didn't fail you You might think FedEx failed you but they didn't With FedEx Ground HD no packages are picked up transported or delivered by FedEx Ground employees The only FedEx employees that MIGHT deliver a ground package is an Express employee that's being contracted out to Ground by Express But the brand!!!!
