Original post: I first noticed this issue at the end of October, 2022 after having used my OTC NETWORK card there for about 6 weeks successfully (And, by OTC, I mean "over the counter" card, not pharmacy cards ) I've been calling Walmart for the past month and no one knows why "zero balance" shows up on a fully loaded OTC NETWORK card

I work at Walmart as well and there is a way to tell if something is covered after you have rang them up and ran the card Run a slip and look for an "S" after the barcode If there is no "S" it is not covered If everything has an "S" they have ran out of benefits and have to pay the extra because you can't void them at that point And yes the new cards this year have been a real pain with
