I recently created a Google Workspace account to try the free trial I didn't want it so I cancelled it but in the process I seem to have lost access to my GoDaddy email since I added it to the Gmail in Workspace I have no way of accessing it or moving it back to outlook

Just got telephone help from Godaddy He suggested I try accessing it via an incognito tab, which worked This proved the issue was related to my browser history or cache So I purged the cache browsing history (retained cookies as I didn't want to lose them all) Voila! Problem solved
