Great suggestion, because Private DNS should be an option with the default Routines But I was able to achieve this by installing Routines+ in Good Lock, then created a Routine based on the Routines+ Touch Macro (which basically records your screen touches) by selecting the Settings app then recording the screen taps to navigate to Connections > More connection settings > Private DNS > Off
