I saw somewhere that you are supposed to use your Apple ID PASSWORD, is that correct?! I thought since DIRECTV was connected to ATT - everything had to be under the “ATT master account” Please confirm or explain because I’ve been intermittently having to sign-in multiple times a day on DIRECTV, Att-Yahoo mail and Netflix!

But if they signed you up for Directv Stream Via Internet wether you have the box or not they will still charge you the $15 a month fee plus you would be under a 2-year contract for service with Directv Stream If they signed you up for Directv Stream bring your own device there are no fees and no 2-year contracts

Hi, @dilznic We can help you fix this If you're a previous DIRECTV Satellite customer, you can change your user ID to avoid conflict sign-in issue on your DIRECTV STREAM To do that, you can follow these steps below: Change your user ID from your Profile - Sign in at directv com - Select Change under User ID

We currently have a total of 2 TVs using the DirecTV Stream subscription and I am simply trying to add a 3rd TV in one of the homes I am clearly signed in as the screen says "Hi, John" But the only two options presented are Try DirecTV Stream (where I'm prompted to pick a package) and Sign Out
