For whatever it's worth, my coworker has a Zeus and an Autel IM608 He's happy with both, given their respective strengths The Zeus is still a very capable tool, IMO My biggest concern was weather the scope on the ultra was even very decent to justify the price jump over like say a MS 908 SP since I'm planning on adding the Pico to my collection

Probably the problem is with the firmware or OS, but you 're unable to update firmware due to the lack of a subscription, a possible solution could involve manually reinstalling the firmware or performing a factory reset to refresh the system Also, you could try reaching out to Autel support again and emphasize that this is a firmware stability issue rather than a vehicle update request

Autel and Launch don't have anything comparable, as far as I know The Ultra platform works extremely well in a shop environment, and the touch screen is awesome Fewer cables to tangle up compared to a PC based scope Easier to take on test drives The Uscope is also excellent value
