Yes, Zappos is legit, they are a division of Amazon I have used them, it works exactly as described, you buy the shoes and can easily return any you don't want for a refund Keep in mind however that because of the size of shoeboxes you need to ship the return boxes in-person, you can't drop them in a drop-off box

If your shoes are jacked, call Zappos customer service My first pair had holes in them after having them only 12 weeks! I was able to send the defective pair back and get a new pair
