Hi bought some clothing at matalan - unfortunately labels taken off and lost :( but I have the online order receipt

I brought the Matalan items home and tore off the price tags assuming that the receipt said 14 days but when I got to the bottom of the bag noticed my receipt said 28 days I then called Matalan customer services to only be told that the policy changed after I purchased the goods As far as I am concerned on the day I bought my items the policy and receipt was 28 days exchange refund so

My problem has been going on for ages, and try as I might, I don't seem to be having any luck resolving it with Matalan customer services I have done everything they have advised, including using a different browser, different PC, different location, clearing cookies, giving 48 hours before re-requesting the password change email etc

When Matalan first opened in the 1980's you had to have a card to enter the store, these were only available to certain people like the wholesalers cards are I remember going to the 1st store in Preston when it opened with my mum and dad who had got one because they were business owners

When Matalan first started up in the UK, they operated as a private members only discount club Membership cards were £1 00 each and entry was was only allowed to members I believe this entitled Matalan to operate under less stringent operating conditions (i e cheaper overheads)

Kind Regards Michael Matalan Customer Care Team' Refunds are supposed to be sorted by 14 days after returning the goods so I'm absolutely furious I am still waiting for it to happen obviously So where do I go next as I'm getting absolutely nowhere by writing to them, and you can't phone as they don't answer you just get a recorded message

Hello, I recently placed an order with Matalan and also had to return some items-item 1, they sent incorrect size item 2, clothing had a fault item 3, Didn't fit me They have refunded but not the any postage that it cost me to return to them (over £3) Have they no duty to refund postage when they are at fault
