I live in an area where some people have to have PO boxes and some only have them because they want them I have a PO box and a house that does get mail I have my name on file with my PO, I use thier street address for UPS, Fed-Ex or just USPS for those deliveries I don't want to come to my home

I used to work in an office that shipped in a lot of things When they used FedEx and UPS they paid about half the listed rate because of the volume of shipping they did So, one would suspect that similar businesses that get to charge you the listed rates of FedEX and UPS and pocket the difference from the listed rates have no reason to want to ship via USPS where they wouldn't make the same
